This practical, full-day children’s yoga training is designed for education professionals and storytellers interested in exploring the holistic fun and benefits of Story Yoga for children. The target ages are 2.5 – 6+ years, although most material is highly relevant for all primary school ages. This course is also an ideal introductory training for yoga teachers and parents wanting to share yoga creatively with children. Active participation is required, although no yoga experience is necessary. A hugely fun and memorable day!
